Yes. Your logo, your colours, your voice. You can use a StayBot subdomain (yourhotel.staybot.co.za) or bring your own custom domain as an add-on. Guests see your brand, never ours.
We have tested integrations with Booking.com, LekkeSlaap, and AirBNB, and can connect to most PMS systems via API. PMS integration is a paid add-on. See the pricing page for details.
No. Our graduated pricing scales down as easily as it scales up. A three-room guesthouse pays a fair rate, and a hundred-room hotel pays proportionally less per room. See the pricing calculator for your exact monthly total.
Most properties are live within two to four days. We handle the technical setup, configure your amenities menu and services, and provide virtual training for your front-of-house team.
The portal ships with English and Afrikaans built in. German, French, Chinese, Zulu, and other languages are available as paid add-ons at R500 per month per additional language.
Guests can submit requests at any time. They land in the Admin Portal and trigger WhatsApp notifications to the on-duty staff member you designate. For true emergencies, a separate escalation path alerts management directly.
